| Ceramics 1.Back urinal installation. Advise you to use partition and relevant installation steps referring to the following picture.  2.The urinal flange is casting iron and the project generally adopt PVC pineline.How does it be conrrect to install.  3.Why does the basin craze when we pour water into it? Cold Crack Maybe happen on the joint of two moulds.Not handling well in the producin process results in crack on joint.Under the effect of flatulence due to heat and shrink,consequently it cracks. Hot Crack Because of the uneven heat between embryo proper and glaze surface,it cracks. Material Ceramics belongs to low heat conduction materia..when pouring hot water can lead to partial flatulence.Because of the low thermal conductivity,heat can't be conducted fast,which results in the big difference in temperature and crack.Especially in cold winter.  4.Why is the dirt on toilet hard to clean? The smaller the water area is ,the easier this phenomenon happens . Since the ordure will be stopped and then stick on some dirt. 5.Why do the water case and toilet have some drops? Just as when we pour some cold water into glass ,there are some drops outside the glass,so are the water case and the toilet surface.This phenomenon is called "Dew". 6.Why is the noise so loud when flushing water? Bilging hydraulic pressure is big. Bilging hydraulic pressure is big and make bigger friction with the four sides of the pineline,which leads to loud noise. Solving Way: Turn down the bilging valve and reduce the presure. Bilging tube is over twisting. Bilging tube is over twisting so that the friction between water and pipe become big and the noise is loud. Solving Way: Please make the pipe straight in order to reduce the friction. Eyewinker Jam There is eyewinker jam in bilging assessories. Holes in copper bilging assessories which result in squeal. Bathtub 1. Why does the water in bathtub look blue? Water and Ray Appear Ray appears.Water is transparent but it can let the blue light refract and absrob in other colours.The striking blue light returns after it reach the bottom of the bathtub,so the water looks blue. Copper Ion Dissolve Copper iron dissolve (If the material of water heater's inside or pine is copper.) In dissolving water,the copper ion and fatty acid of soap, water dirt will react with each other. It often happens in the new copper water pine,it will disappear after long use. 2.Russet Appears on Casting Iron Bathtub Bottom Fe in water deposit especially on the resisting smooth part (this part is rough and the water is not easy to frogo ,which make the Fe easier to deposit).You can use oxidizing impregnant(for example:oxalic acid) to counteract.This often happens in the newly-built house. Tap Make Water 1.Bad Quality Bad quality results in rubish in valve core. Nick When valve core airproof ceramic sheet is in use,it will nick after being striken by strong substance.Therefore,it can't be pressurized. Pine Road Connection The connection of bilging tube and tap body makes water,which is mainly resulted from bad installation. 2 Car Wax Can Stop Plating Casting Iron. If the ware has something to do with water,Most of the bright silver colour above has been done with nickel and chrome plating. The main purpose of the plating is decoration and resisting rustiness but it doesn't express that it won't rust for ever.The plating has many holes that we can not see by eye. If the wet steam and corrupt steam come from it,it may rust and appear on the surface.Just as the tap,the part we often touch is easy to rust.Because the axunge of hand covers all the tap and holes,corrupt tape plating bottom material.So every month we should try to wipe the tap in order to protect the tap plating. 3.The Reason of SMA Constant Temperature Variety. Not Much Hot Water. This mainly occurs to the gas water heater in summer.Because in summer,we don't need much hot water and the water heater is easy to be full.After it is full,it stop lighting.When hot water is not enough,we should light again.If we constantly light ,stop lighting and light,it will lead to hot water supply not steady and the water temperature is various. Solving Way:Please turn down the fire and temperature of the water heater. Lack Power The water heater lacks power and it can't meet the heat requirement. Sovling Way:Change the big power water heater for it. Rubish Jam The filter pack is stopped by rubish and leads to reducing the water pressure. Solving Way:Forgo the filter pack. 4.Shower and basin pool use faucet to pour water.In the same time, the tap has running water. Because the shower and basin pool are shifted by water pressure,if the water pressure doesn't achieve the required one, it will make the shift valve door jacking up but not airproof.The tap is still running and may has such imagination happening. Solving Way: Increase water pressure such as add supercharge pump to pineline. 5.Why do we put our hand on cold water position but there is still hot water? This mainly occurs to the user of gas water heater.Major reason is that the water pressure is a little high and the hot water is decreased but the pressure still open the water heater's valve,which make the water heater lighted,work.So that is why you put your hand on cold water buy there is still hot water. Electronic Products 1.Products Wrong Treating. Straight Sunshine Ray through the bright clean surface reflects.(ceramics tile,stainless steel surface) 2.If faucet has not been used for a long time ,the internal battery maybe uncharge,so it shorten the use time of the battery.(The life-span of this battery can reach more than 10 years. The use life-span refers to the following form.  Others 1.How to Prevent Bacteria? Debase Temperature-The most active temperature of bacteria is 20-30 degree centigrade.After bathing,please spill a little cold water to debase the temperature. Debase Humidity-More or less than 70% is the bacteria's most active period.After bathing,please open the exhaust fan and open the window at least two hours. Stop Nutrition-Water dirt and soap are the best nutrition source of bacteria.The last bathing person should form the good habit of clean the dirt. Good Aeration-The bacteria like the sticky air most,so try to keep the dry and cool air. |
